Researchers attend the 17th International Meeting on Boron Chemistry

Mike Ingleson and Stephen Thomas headed to Rennes last month for a fantastic week of boron chemistry at the 17th International Meeting on Boron Chemistry. Both presented talks on ‘Modifiable and transient directing groups in electrophilic C-H borylation’ and ‘Explorations in Hidden Boron Catalysis’ respectively and would like to thank the organisers for their hospitality. Congratulations also go to Nojus Cironis from the Ingleson group who came home with a poster prize. The Boron: Beyond the Reagent team look forward to the next meeting in Tokyo.
